ORDER DISMISSING PROCEEDINGS AS MOOT

The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission filed a verified petition to show cause why the respondent should not be suspended for failure to cooperate with the disciplinary process. Subsequently, the Commission filed a motion to dismiss these proceedings as moot, therein stating that the respondent complied with the Commission's request for information.

This Court, being duly advised, now finds that the Commission's motion should be granted.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that these proceedings are dismissed as moot.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to forward notice of this Order to the respondent or his attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.

DONE at Indianapolis, Indiana, this ____ day of March, 2006.
