ORDER


By order of this Court, only authorized Court personnel may bring cellular telephones into the Courthouse. All other individuals must leave their telephones with the U.S. Marshals at the checkpoint. Assistant United States Attorneys on official business by virtue of their 18 U.S.C. § 115(c)(1) status as federal law enforcement officers and their demonstrated need to have their government issued telephones in the courtroom are considered, for purposes of this order, authorized court personnel.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
