RULE TO SHOW CAUSE


AND NOW, this 24th day of September, 2007, Michael S. Butler having been convicted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania of the crime of theft or bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds, a Rule is hereby entered pursuant to Rule 214(d)(1), Pa.R.D.E., directing him to show cause why he should not be placed on temporary suspension.
