ORDER APPOINTING HEARING OFFICER


The Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission has filed a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action against the above named attorney pursuant to Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 12. Pursuant to Section 11(b) of this rule, this Court now appoints a hearing officer to hear this matter.

IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED that the Honorable Daniel J. Molter is hereby appointed to hear this matter pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 23, and is directed to qualify and assume jurisdiction.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing officer has the authority and affirmative duty to manage this case and to bring it to conclusion as expeditiously as practicable.

The Clerk of this Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Honorable Daniel J. Molter, Newton Superior Court, P.O. Box 143, Kentland, IN 47951-0143; and to the parties in this cause or their respective attorneys.
