ORDER GRANTING ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE PETITION FOR REVIEW

RANDALL T. SHEPARD.

Respondents, by counsel, file a "Motion for Enlargement of Time in Which to File Respondents' Petition for Review."

Under Admission and Discipline Rule 23(15), Respondents' deadline to file a petition for review is December 21, 2007. Respondents request a 45-day enlargement of time to and including February 4, 2008, to file a petition for review. Respondents represent that the Commission's attorney has no objection.

Being duly advised, the Court GRANTS an enlargement of time to and including February 4, 2008, to file a petition for review. The Court will not grant a further extension.

The Court directs the Clerk to forward a copy of this Order to Respondents or Respondents' attorney and to the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
