ORDER


AND NOW, this 2nd day of February, 2007, Marianne Elizabeth Barkus, a/k/a Marianne Elizabeth Shadduck, having been suspended from the practice of law in the State of California by Orders of the Supreme Court of California filed March 3, 2003, and May 19, 2004; the said Marianne Elizabeth Barkus, a/k/a Marianne Elizabeth Shadduck, having been directed on October 23, 2006, to inform this Court of any claim she has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Marianne Elizabeth Barkus, a/k/a Marianne Elizabeth Shadduck, is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth consistent with the Orders of the Supreme Court of California filed March 3, 2003, and May 19, 2004, and she shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
