ORDER


AND NOW, this 2nd of March, 2007, Patrick Earl Bailey having been suspended from the practice of law for a period of three years in the Commonwealth of Virginia by Order of the Circuit Court for the County of Fairfax, Virginia, entered October 14, 2005, and Orders of the Supreme Court of Virginia dated June 23, 2006, and July 13, 2006; the said Patrick Earl Bailey having been directed on November 17, 2006, to inform this Court of any claim he has that the imposition of the identical or comparable discipline in this Commonwealth would be unwarranted and the reasons therefor; and upon consideration of the responses filed, it is

ORDERED that Patrick Earl Bailey is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of three years, and he shall comply with all the provisions of Rule 217, Pa.R.D.E.
