The Supreme Court, using the powers vested in it by the Constitution of the State of Arizona, established the Attorney Discipline system with jurisdiction over various lawyer-related proceedings. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. § 12-304,

IT IS ORDERED that the State Bar of Arizona is exempt from paying court fees when processing or investigating matters related to attorney discipline, disability, or reinstatement proceedings, which are conducted pursuant to the duties imposed upon it by the Supreme Court of Arizona.
