RUTH V. McGREGOR, Chief Justice.

In accordance with the administrative authority vested in the Supreme Court by Article VI, § 3 of the Arizona Constitution, and in compliance with Arizona Supreme Court Rule 31 and Arizona Code of Judicial Administration § 7-201 and § 7-208, the Chief Justice is responsible for appointing members to the Board of Legal Document Preparers and for selecting the chair of the Board from the appointed members. Therefore, after due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the following individuals are appointed to the Board of Legal Document Preparers for terms beginning effective the date of this Order and ending as set out below:

Honorable Robert H. Oberbillig Judicial Officer Member Term Expires: June 30, 2011 Kelley A. Dowdle Certified Legal Document Preparer Member Term Expires: June 30, 2011 Deborah A. Young Clerk of the Court Member Term Expires: June 30, 2011

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED appointing current Board member Les Krambeal as the Board chair. Mr. Krambeal shall serve as chair for the remainder of his term on the Board, through to June 30, 2009.
