Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1902 et seq., the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court shall appoint from private life, one member of the Commission on Salaries for Elective State Officers. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that effective on this date, Lonnie J. Williams, Jr., is appointed to serve as a member of the Commission on Salaries for Elective State Officers for a term ending upon completion and submission of the Commission's report and recommendations to the Governor pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1903.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lonnie J. Williams, Jr. shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for travel and subsistence expenses as provided by law for state officers.
