RUTH V. McGREGOR, Chief Justice.

Pursuant to Article VI, § 11 of the Arizona Constitution, the Arizona Supreme Court appoints the presiding judge of the Superior Court in each county. The Court is advised that the term of the Honorable Boyd T. Johnson as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Pinal County expires on December 31, 2008. After due consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that the Honorable Robert Carter Olson is appointed as Presiding Judge of the Superior Court in Pinal County effective January 1, 2009. Judge Olson shall serve at the pleasure of the Court through December 31, 2013.
