MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant filed a notice of appeal from an Order establishing the Parent-Child Relationship. The required docketing statement was not received. Tex.R.App.P. 32. On September 17, 2004, we sent a letter requesting the docketing statement within 15 days. A docketing statement was still not received. Therefore, on October 12, 2004, we sent a letter that this appeal is subject to dismissal for failure to file a docketing statement and that the court would dismiss if one was not filed within 10 days. TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(c). Because no docketing statement has been received, we dismiss this appeal. Id.

This appeal was transferred from the Ninth Court of Appeals.
