MEMORANDUM OPINION
The appellant seeks to appeal the trial court's order terminating his parental rights. The clerk of this court notified the appellant in writing that our records did not reflect that the filing fee in the amount of $125.00 was paid. The appellant did not file an affidavit of indigence with or before the notice of appeal. See Tex.R.App.P. 20.1(c)(1). Accordingly, the appellant is required to pay the filing fee for the appeal in the amount of $125. See In re J.B., No. 12-03-00033-CV, 2003 WL 1922835 (Tex.App.-Tyler Apr. 23, 2003, no pet.).
On June 21, 2005, this court ordered appellant to show cause in writing why this appeal should not be dismissed for failure to pay the filing fee. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 42.3(c). On July 11, 2005, we extended the deadline for appellant's response to July 26, 2005. Appellant has not responded to our order. Because appellant has failed to pay the filing fee required to pursue this appeal, this appeal and all motions pending in this appeal are dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 5, 42.3(c).
