Opinion

No. 05-10-00393-CV

Opinion Filed June 16, 2010.

On Appeal from the 380th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 380-54515-07.

Before Chief Justice WRIGHT and Justices O'NEILL and MYERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant Bradley Wilcox filed a notice of appeal from the trial court's March 30, 2010 "Order Regarding Psychological Evaluation." By letter dated April 1, 2010, the Court directed appellant to pay the $175 filing fee for the appeal within ten days. We warned that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). To date, appellant has neither paid the filing fee nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.

We further note that the order from which the appeal was brought is not an appealable order. This Court previously dismissed for want of jurisdiction appellant's appeal from other interlocutory or otherwise non-appealable orders entered in this same trial court number. See Wilcox v. Wilcox, No. 05-09-01421-CV (Tex. App.-Dallas Feb. 11, 2010, no pet.) (mem. op.).
