Opinion

No. 88-1318.

April 5, 1989.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Palm Beach County; Edward Fine, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Marcy K. Allen, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, Joan Fowler, Asst. Atty. Gen., and Lynn Waxman, Graduate Legal Intern, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

Finding a lack of record support for the adjudication that appellant committed grand theft from Clark Oldsmobile, we reverse and direct the trial court to grant the motion for judgment of acquittal on that charge.

In all other respects we affirm.

WALDEN and GARRETT, JJ., concur.
