CERTIORARI TO THE INTERMEDIATE COURT OF APPEALS, (FC-S NO. 98-05541).

ORDER DENYING APPLICATION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI

Petitioner-appellant Mother's application for writ of certiorari filed on December 30, 2003, is hereby denied.

In the application for a writ of certiorari, Mother requests an appeal for both "Father and Mother of children Jane Doe 11 (child 11/Doe 3) and Jane Doe 12 (Child 12/Doe 4)." However, only Mother signed the Application. Because Mother signed the Application she is representing herself pro se, but she cannot seek relief for Father because she is not a licensed attorney.
