MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated April 12, 2011, we informed appellant the $175.00 filing fee was due and instructed him to file the fee within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. Also by letter dated April 12, 2011, we notified appellant his docketing statement was due and that failure to file a proper docketing statement within ten days might result in dismissal of his appeal. By letters dated June 14, 2011, we notified appellant that both the clerk's and the reporter's records were overdue. On June 28, 2011, the district clerk informed the Court that the clerk's record was being held for non-payment. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed a docketing statement, notified the Court that he has paid or made arrangements to pay for the clerk's record, or otherwise corresponded with the Court.
Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b)(c).
