MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

This is an accelerated appeal. Appellant, Jeannette Pearson, attempts to appeal the trial court's order of October 22, 2002, terminating her parental rights. Appellant's notice of appeal was due on November 11, 2002. See Tex.R.App.P. 26.1(b); In re T.W., 89 S.W.3d 641, 642 (Tex.App.-Amarillo 2002, no pet.). From our initial review of the record, it appeared that we did not have jurisdiction because appellant's notice of appeal was filed on March 6, 2003. Therefore, on May 7, 2003, we ordered appellant to show cause in writing by May 22, 2003 why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant did not respond to our order. Appellee, ABC Adoption Agency, Inc., did respond, arguing that this court did not have jurisdiction.

This appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(a). Costs of appeal are taxed against appellant.
