MEMORANDUM OPINION
By letter dated May 13, 2009, we notified appellant Phillip Reynolds that the $175 filing fee for the appeal was due within ten days. The letter warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(c). By letter dated June 9, 2009, we notified appellant that we had been informed he had not paid for the clerk's record. The letter directed appellant to notify the Court within ten days that he had made payment arrangements for the record and warned that failure to comply could result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date appellant has neither paid the filing fee for the appeal nor otherwise responded to the Court's letters.
We now have before us appellee's motion to dismiss the appeal for appellant's failure to comply with the requirements of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and the Court's notices. Appellant did not respond to the motion. Because appellant has failed to comply with the Court's directives, we grant the motion to dismiss. We dismiss the appeal.
