Opinion

No. 90-1330.

February 27, 1991.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Broward County; John A. Miller, Judge.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, Joseph S. Shook and Nancy Perez, Asst. Public Defenders, West Palm Beach, for appellant A.H.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Miles Ferris, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for appellee State of Fla.

We affirm as to all points raised by the appellant; however, we remand to the lower court with directions to reconcile the inconsistency between the written restitution order and the oral pronouncement of restitution. A.R. v. State, 475 So.2d 308 (Fla. 2d DCA 1985).

DOWNEY, STONE and POLEN, JJ., concur.
