MEMORANDUM OPINION
On August 25, 2010, we ordered the Dallas County District Clerk to file, within fifteen days, either the clerk's record or written verification that appellant had not paid for the record. On October 12, 2010, we received notice from a deputy district clerk that appellant had informed her that the case had settled and the appeal would be dismissed. When no dismissal motion was filed, we notified appellant by letter dated December 7, 2010 of the information the clerk had provided us and warned him we would dismiss the appeal unless we received, within ten days, written verification that he had paid or made arrangements to pay for the record. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). To date, appellant has neither provided payment verification nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
