Appeal, No. 100, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Oct. T., 1965, No. 2, in case of Anna Imrich, also known as Anna Imerich v. Stephen Imrich and Ruth J. Imrich, his wife. Decree affirmed.

Equity.

Adjudication entered dismissing complaint; exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered, opinion by FRANCIOSA, J. Plaintiff appealed.
