ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On January 10, 2022, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case, seeking review of a joint notice of deficiency issued to petitioner and Scott Imrich for their 2018 tax year. On July 7, 2022, petitioner filed a ratification of petition. That ratification of petition was also signed by Scott Imrich, who appears to wish to be added as a petition in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Scott Imrich is added as a petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Morgan Imrich and Scott Imrich, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
