ZOHAIB MUHAMMAD IMRAN, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. WX22-90074-Q

ORDER

LANA MYERS JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's November 8, 2022 motion for extension of time to file appellant's brief. We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER appellant's brief filed by December 9, 2022.

A review of the clerk's record filed in this appeal shows it does not contain the trial court's certification of appellant's right to appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2), (d). Accordingly, we ORDER the trial court to file a certification of the right to appeal within FOURTEEN DAYS of the date of this order.

We DIRECT the Clerk to transmit copies of this order to the Honorable Tammy Kemp, Presiding Judge, 204th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for the parties.
