By Order served June 9, 2022, the Court directed petitioner, on or before June 30, 2022, to file a Response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. On June 27, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time. By Order served June 30, 2022, the Court extended the time for petitioner to file a response to August 5, 2022. On July 27, 2022, petitioner filed a second Motion for Extension of Time. By Order served August 5, 2022, the Court extended the time for petitioner to file a response to September 6, 2022. On September 1, 2022, petitioner filed a third Motion for Extension of Time.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time, filed September 1, 2022, is granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file a Response to respondent's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment is extended to October 3, 2022.
