On September 13, 2024, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. However, the proposed decision document does not reference petitioner's employment tax liabilities for the taxable period ending December 31, 2021, which appear to have been included in the notice of determination concerning collection action upon which this case is based. That being so, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Proposed Stipulated Decision is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before October 18, 2024, the parties shall file either a revised proposed stipulated decision or a joint report detailing the then-present status of this case.
