IMHAUSER v. KOPP

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
May 1, 1901
61 App. Div. 623 (N.Y. App. Div. 1901)

Opinion

May Term, 1901.

Judgment affirmed. Inasmuch as the Special Term imposed no costs, and the defendant concededly was entitled to recover $425, and the plaintiff made claim for the credit for a sale, which was not allowed, we think, under the circumstances, that this affirmance should be without costs. No opinion. All concurred.
