Order unanimously modified so as to permit defendant-appellant to examine plaintiff-respondent by Nicholas De Pasquale, its president, in respect of items 2, 4 and 10-15, inclusive, of defendant-appellant's notice of motion and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to defendant-appellant. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
