This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On October 24, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for a Continuance (Doc. 9). By Order served October 26, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion for a Continuance was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.
On March 31, 2023, the parties filed Status Reports (Docs. 13 & 14). Upon due consideration, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before May 4, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case, a stipulated decision document, or any appropriate motion.
