Plaintiff's motion to restore the action to the calendar is granted. The parties shall appear for a pretrial conference on August 12, 2002 at 10 a.m. Plaintiff's counsel shall notify defendant or, if it has appeared, its counsel, no later than August 6, 2002 of the conference and of the requirement that defendant or its counsel appear.
