Appeals taken to this Court from an amended order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 01, 2023 (Case No. 2023-04773), from an amended judgment of the same Court, entered on or about December 27, 2023 (Case No. 2024-01289), from an order of the same Court, entered on or about November 15, 2023 (Case No. 2024-02209), and from an order of the same Court, entered on or about June 12, 2024 (Case No. 2024-04848), And non-party appellant, pro se, having moved for an extension of time in which to perfect the appeals filed under Case Nos. 2023-04773, 2024-01289 and 2024-02209, and for leave to prosecute the aforesaid appeals as a poor person, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of extending the time in which to perfect the appeals under Case Nos. 2023-04773, 2024-01289 and 2024-02209 to the April 2025 Term of this Court, with no further extensions to be granted; otherwise, the motion is denied.
