ORDER

PER CURIAM

This court has determined, pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.5(f) and 34.6(g)(2), that it must inspect the original of State's Exhibit 23 - Light-Tech video surveillance, State's Exhibit 24 - PowerPoint with enhanced still images, State's Exhibit 47 - Officer Gajic's body cam, State's Exhibit 56 - Valu + Pawn store video surveillance, State's Exhibit 57 - Bayou Pawn store video surveillance, and State's Exhibit 68 - Crime scene photos PowerPoint.

The clerk of the 182nd District Court is directed to deliver to the Clerk of this court the original exhibits, on or before August 1, 2024. The Clerk of this court is directed to receive, maintain, and keep safe these original exhibits; to deliver the to the justices of this court for their inspection; and, upon completion of inspection, to return the originals to the clerk of the 182nd District Court.
