Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting defendants-appellants in all four cases to file a single consolidated Appellants' Brief and joint Record on Appeal under Case Nos. 2022-04133; 2022-04134; 2022-04178; and 2022-04194 pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][4]; sua sponte, defendants-appellants' time in which to perfect the consolidated appeal is extended to the September 2023 Term of this Court.
