On May 21, 2024, the parties filed a joint status report stating that the parties have reached a basis for settlement. They further request time to formalize the settlement in accordance with Rule 248, Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 19, 2024, the parties shall file a motion under Rule 248 or file a joint status report with the Court. It is further

ORDERED that the parties no longer need to file recurring status reports as directed in the Court's Order served December 21, 2022.
