Finding that appellee's notice of confession of error is well-taken, the final order on appeal is vacated and the cause is remanded to the trial court to reverse the summary judgment in favor of appellee, vacate the foreclosure sale and the certificate of title, and conduct further proceedings. CLARK, WETHERELL, and RAY, JJ., concur.
