ORDER

PER CURIAM

On November 18, 2024, counsel for appellants filed a motion to withdraw as counsel. We deny that motion without prejudice because (1) it does not comply with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5; and (2) appellant IGeo, LLC cannot proceed pro se on appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5; See Kunstoplast of Am. v. Formosa Plastics Corp., USA, 937 S.W.2d 455, 456 (Tex. 1996).

Accordingly, the pro se brief filed on November 27, 2024 is STRUCK. Appellants' brief is due 60 days from the date of this order.

Counsel is directed to file a compliant motion to withdraw as to appellant Shu. Appellant IGeo, LLC is directed to find representation within 30 days of the date of this order or it is subject to dismissal from this appeal without further notice.
