We dismiss the husband's appeal from that part of the order of the single justice denying the petitions for relief pursuant to G.L.c. 231, § 118, par. L We affirm the order of the single justice insofar as it denies the husband's motions for a stay pursuant to Mass.R.A.P. 6(a).
