Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to this Court from two amended orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, both dated July 5, 2022, in effect, for summary reversal, and for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person. Application by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further, ORDERED that the motion and the application are otherwise denied as academic.
