ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas.

On December 15, 2023, respondent filed with the Court a Status Report. Respondent informed the Court that the parties have reached a basis of settlement and are requesting ninety (90) days in which to submit decision documents.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on January 16, 2024, in Lubbock, Texas. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 18, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a further status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
