ORDER

On August 21, 2001, Plaintiff filed an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis ("IFP"). This application is not timely. On July 17, 2001, the Court sent Plaintiff a notice of deficiency for failing to either pay the $150 filing fee or submit a properly supported application to proceed IFP in this case. The Court's July 17, 2001, order gave Plaintiff twenty (20) days to correct this deficiency. Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's order and on August 14, 2001, the Court recommended that Plaintiff's complaint be dismissed for want of prosecution. Plaintiff then, on August 21, 2001, filed a motion to proceed IFP, but still did not file the required inmate account certificate. The Court finds Plaintiff's Motion to Proceed Informa Pauperis untimely and hereby DENIES Plaintiff's Motion with prejudice.
