This case is set for trial at the Court's June 3, 2024, Los Angeles, California trial session. On May 30, 2024, the Commissioner filed a Status Report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement and requesting 60 days to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Previously, the Commissioner had filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed May 14, 2024. After due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Commissioner's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed May 14, 2024, is denied without prejudice. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and continued. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on June 3, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, by August 2, 2024, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint status report. In lieu of a joint status report, either party may file a status report stating that the other party has reviewed and agreed to the content of the report. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
