On April 15, 2021, the Commissioner filed a motion for summary judgment, and on June 15, 2021, petitioner George Iatrellis filed a response. It would be beneficial for the Court if the Commissioner filed a reply to the response. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 26, 2021, the Commissioner shall file a reply to Mr. Iatrellis' response to the motion for summary judgment.
