DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Separate motions by the appellants Michael Piccoli and Thomas Piccoli and the appellants Anthony Grassi and Geralyn Grassi for leave to reargue appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 20, 2010, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated November 22, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs payable by the appellants to the respondents.
