BY ORDER OF THE COURT.
Petitioner's petition for review of order granting public access to trial court records is denied. Respondent's motion for appellate attorney fees pursuant to section 57.105(1), Florida Statutes (2013), and Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.420(i) is granted. We remand for a determination of the amount of attorney fees to be awarded against IMG College, LLC, and its counsel.
Respondent's motion to dismiss is denied as moot.
