ORDER OF ABATEMENT

PER CURIAM

This cause is before the Court on a joint motion to abate this appeal. The parties have reached an agreement to settle all matters in controversy between them, including the issues presented in this appeal. Accordingly, the parties now jointly request abatement of this cause for 60-days to finalize settlement matters.

The Court, having reviewed the status of the case and the joint motion, is of the opinion the cause should be abated pending the settlement. The joint motion to abate is granted, and this matter is hereby abated.

The Court directs appellant to file, on or before April 29, 2024, either (1) a motion to reinstate the appeal, (2) a motion to extend the abatement, or (3) a motion to dismiss the appeal.
