ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's April 4, 2022, San Francisco, California, trial session. By Order served March 29, 2022, this case was stricken from that trial session and the parties were directed to file either a joint status report or stipulated decision document on or before May 4, 2022.

On May 3, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 20) requesting additional time to file a decision document. By Order served May 9, 2022, the parties were directed to file on or before July 5, 2022, either a joint report describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.

On July 1, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 22) requesting additional time to file a status report or stipulated decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
