COURTNEY JENNIFER HYNDMAN, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

On February 13, 2023, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 34). The Proposed Stipulated Decision failed to address the addition to tax under section 6654 reflected in the notice of deficiency upon which the case is cased. By Order served February 21, 2023, the Proposed Stipulated Decision was stricken from the record in this case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 23, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
