JUDGMENT


This action is dismissed for failure to prosecute.

IT IS SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

On June 17, 2003, the court ordered plaintiff to serve process on defendants no later than September 19, 2003 and cautioned that "[a]ny defendant who has not been served by that date will be dismissed from this action and if no defendant has been served, the entire action will be dismissed." Plaintiff has not served any of the defendants and the deadline by which to do so has passed. Accordingly, this action is dismissed for failure to prosecute. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b).

IT IS SO ORDERED.
