Hylton v. Department of Revenue

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Sep 1, 2000
765 So. 2d 307 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2000)

Opinion

No. 1D00-2452.

Opinion filed September 1, 2000.

An appeal from the Circuit Court for Leon County; L. Ralph Smith, Jr., Judge.

Marie A. Mattox of Mattox Hood, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

Darren A. Schwartz, for Appellee.

Having considered the appellant's response to the Court's order dated July 11, 2000, we dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Dixon v. Allstate Ins. Co, 609 So.2d 71 (Fla. 1st DCA 1992). The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to seek review upon the trial court's entry of final judgment.

WOLF, DAVIS, and VAN NORTWICK, JJ., CONCUR.
