ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

On August 23, 2024, the Commissioner filed a status report indicating there had been no communications since mid-August. On September 19, 2024, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss the status of this case. On the call, the parties informed the Court that they have recently exchanged some spreadsheets, and that the Commissioner is waiting for some underlying documents to support some substantiation. The parties are hopeful that they can reach a settlement with additional time. In light of the discussion, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 4, 2024, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
